With this configurator you can easily configure your roller conveyor.
Select a suitable length for your application from our predefined lengths. You are free to choose the width and height of your idler track. We cut all the necessary profiles to size for you.
You will receive all profiles with all the necessary connectors for assembly. These are already pre-assembled by us for you.
All support rollers are also supplied with support roller bearings already pressed in, and the corresponding axles are cut to size.
As spacers, simply push the enclosed ⌀10mm aluminium pieces into the slot of the 40x80 profile between the support rollers. Tension the support rollers with the help of the cutting sleeves for automatic connectors.
The diameter of the support rollers is 40mm
